Pineapple Juice Processing Line | Clear & Pulpy Juice | Turnkey Solution

We provide complete pineapple juice processing lines designed for both clear and pulpy (nectar-style) juice production, covering the entire workflow from whole pineapple receiving to aseptic filling. Core processes include washing, manual sorting, peeling and coring, crushing, enzymatic liquefaction, juice extraction (via screw or belt press), clarification (for clear juice), homogenization (for pulpy juice), deaeration, UHT sterilization, and filling. Our lines handle daily capacities from 20 to 500 tons of fresh pineapples. The enzymatic treatment system breaks down pectin and cellulose to maximize juice yield (up to 90%), while the aroma recovery unit captures and re-injects volatile esters for authentic fresh-pineapple flavor. All contact parts are constructed from 304/316L stainless steel with full CIP cleaning integration. Whether targeting retail juice packs, concentrates for beverage blending, or premium NFC (Not From Concentrate) juice, we deliver customized turnkey solutions with proven export experience.
