Our complete citrus processing line provides everything you need to transform fresh oranges, lemons, and other citrus fruits into high-value products including orange juice, lemon juice, juice concentrate, and citrus jam or marmalade. The fully integrated turnkey solution covers washing, juicing, concentration, sterilization, and filling.

The line begins with our brush roller washing system that removes dirt, wax, and residues while preserving essential oils in the peel. Our specialized citrus extractor separates juice, oil, and peel in a single pass, maximizing yield and capturing valuable by-products.

For juice production, the extracted juice passes through a finisher and centrifuge to remove seeds and pulp. Our multi-effect vacuum evaporator concentrates the juice for longer shelf life or ingredient use. For jam and marmalade, we include a cooking kettle where juice, sugar, and citrus peel are heated to the perfect consistency.

The UHT sterilization system preserves natural flavor, vitamin C, and color. Our aseptic filling line supports PET bottles, glass jars, and bag-in-drum packaging. The complete system includes CIP cleaning and is constructed from food-grade stainless steel with CE certification.
