A complete mango juice processing plant full machine set has been released, targeting mango growers, juice manufacturers, and food ingredient suppliers seeking a turnkey solution for tropical fruit processing. The new line handles everything from fresh mango receiving to aseptic bag filling for export or retail packaging.
Complete Solution for Mango Processing Challenges
Mango presents unique processing challenges including large fibrous pits, heat sensitive flavor compounds, and variable fruit ripeness. The newly released mango juice processing plant full machine set addresses each of these challenges with specialized equipment designed specifically for this tropical fruit.
The complete line includes a brush washer, destoning machine, pulping machine, refining screen, sterilizer, homogenizer, deaerator, and aseptic bag filling system. Optional modules include a multi effect evaporator for concentration and a blending station for ready to drink juice formulations.
Key Technology – Mango Destoning and Pulping
The destoning station is the most critical component of any mango juice processing line. Unlike tomatoes or apples, mango has a large flat pit that is difficult to remove efficiently without crushing it into fragments. This machine uses a two stage system where rotating rollers cut the flesh away from the pit before the pit is discharged separately. Pit removal efficiency reaches 98 percent with minimal flesh loss.
After destoning, the pulping machine separates fiber from pulp. Mango contains stringy fibers that must be removed to achieve smooth puree. The refining screen allows operators to adjust final fineness from 0.4 to 0.8 millimeters depending on whether the end product is cloudy nectar or clear juice.
Cold Break Processing for Flavor Retention
Mango flavor and color are highly sensitive to heat. High temperatures destroy the volatile compounds that give mango its distinctive tropical aroma. This mango processing plant uses cold break technology where the fruit is pulped and refined at lower temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees Celsius.
The cold break system preserves natural volatile compounds, resulting in brighter color and more authentic mango flavor. This is especially important for premium applications including NFC not from concentrate juice, baby food, and yogurt inclusions.
Capacity and Output Options
The mango juice processing plant full machine set is available in three capacity ranges:
End products include mango puree for blending, mango NFC juice for retail cartons, mango nectar with 20 to 30 percent puree, mango concentrate for export, and mango pulp for yogurt and bakery applications.
Aseptic Filling for Extended Shelf Life
For export production, the line includes an aseptic bag filler that packs puree into bags ranging from 20 to 220 kilograms. The aseptic bag consists of multiple layers including aluminum foil and food grade polyethylene. No refrigeration or frozen storage is needed after filling. The puree stays fresh for 18 months at room temperature.
Quality and Safety Standards
All equipment is constructed from stainless steel 304 for food contact parts and main frames. The system meets international food safety standards and can be configured with optional metal detectors, optical sorters, and X ray inspection units.
Installation and Support
The manufacturer offers single supplier responsibility for design, manufacturing, installation, and training. Pre tested systems reduce on site commissioning time. Worldwide installation support and video demonstration are available.
